Red stags are a lot like North American elk. I love a red stag's extra points and the crown on the top of their rack. They don't bugle like our elk. They roar with a sound like a Hereford cow with a drawn out cough. I hope someday for the opportunity to witness and photograph one. In "Stag Party," I wanted to capture the feeling of a calm, foggy morning. In just a moment you can be face to face with the animal you're after... heart racing, it's now or never!
