“Brothers” was painted for Ed and Thea Disney of Buffalo, WY. Although very different in color, all three horses are brothers. Spade, Rietta, and Raven are among Ed and Thea’s favorite horses. I was excited to tackle this painting; it is one of the most time-consuming pieces I have undertaken. I decided to paint all the hair detail on each horse – my time was well spent! I am very happy with the way this painting turned out. It is one of my favorites.
